From elaborate buffets featuring dishes like Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Mahi Mahi Sauté, and Top Sirloin with Maitre D'Hotel Butter and a "build your own soup and sandwich" lunch buffet, to theme dinners and elegant banquets with dishes like Petite Filet Mignon and Shrimp Sauté, Granlibakken's Chef Ron Eber prepares a variety of savory dishes to suit your group's taste.

In addition to mouth watering hors d'oeuvres, main courses, and deserts, Granlibakken offers a complete wine and beer list, as well as a full bar.

Granlibakken's full American plan offers maximum flexibility with a variety of menu choices. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style; at dinner choose from buffet or banquet service. Special arrangements can be made for private "sit-down" lunches or dinners.

Hot Breakfast Buffet

All resort guests can enjoy breakfast each day as part of their lodging. Granlibakken is known for its hearty, hot breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruit, homemade muffins, quiches, blintzes, eggs, and the daily chef's special, plus all the accompaniments.

Ski Hut Snack Bar - CLOSED FOR SEASON

Treat yourself to affordable, authentic, homestyle Mexican food, hot soup, chili, and delicious daily specials. We offer kid-friendly quesadillas and hot dogs plus adult-friendly beer and wine. Hot cocoa, coffee and soft drinks are also available. Granlibakken's Ski Hut Snack Bar is open weekends and holidays throughout the ski season. The perfect place to grab a quick bite.

Cedar House Pub - CLOSED FOR SEASON

Granlibakken's on-site restaurant offers cozy fireside dining, daily specials, kid-friendly items and affordable pricing. The Cedar House Pub is open for the ski season and is located in the Main Lodge from 5-9pm, Friday, Saturday and holidays and daily from 12/21/12 - 1/5/13 and 2/15 - 2/23/13. Closed on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Cedar House will close for the season Saturday March 30th. The Cedar House Pub accepts reservations for parties of 8 or more.
