It was during her 10 years designing medical devices, that her desire to learn more about preventative medicine began to take shape. Following graduation, Dr. Riley and her family moved back to the Lake Tahoe area. After the birth of their second child, she started her practice in Tahoe City, California. Dr. Yost believes that anticipating women’s health needs and empowering her patients with information and choices in their care will lead to improved quality of life for her patients. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo and began her career as Registered Nurse, working in labor and delivery for ten years. She graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2002.
