Sand Harbor

A popular Lake Tahoe beach and Nevada State Park on Tahoe's east shore. Get to Sand Harbor early, as it closes as soon as the parking lot is full. Entrance fee is charged per vehicle. Special walk-in and bike-in rates for people that access the park via the East Shore Trail. This beach features a boat launch open seasonally as conditions permit.

Home to the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in the summer months.

On-site kayak and paddleboard rentals and dining are available at Sand Harbor seasonally.
