For a cozy and delicious dinner with your loved one, join us at Cedar House Pub, located inside Granlibakken's Main Lodge. This year's Valentine's Day menu specials are available on both February 13 and 14. Priced per person, and can be plated for sharing when choosing the same option.

Option 1 - Six-Hour Braised Short Ribs
Served with Brown Butter Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Gingered Baby Carrots, and Mizuna Salad with Asian Pears, Red Pepper Chiffonade, and Yuzu Truffle Vinaigrette. $39

Option 2 - Pan-Seared California Halibut Fillet
Wild Mushroom and Black Garlic Risotto, Grilled Treviso, and Scallion Oil. Served with Winter Green Chopped Salad with Apples, Carrots, Sunflower Kernels, and Miso-Yogurt Dressing. $32

Option 3 - Vegan Lasagna
Layers of Impossible Beef, Spinach, Eggplant, Zucchini, Marinara, Vegan Ricotta, Vegan Parmesan, Plant-Based Mozzarella, and Tofu Skin “Pasta.” Served with a Salad of Arugula, Tomatoes, Olives, and Lemon Vinaigrette. $28
